Welcome to the Cavity Free Life Organization! We love communicating with CFL fans, Your Cavity Free Life readers, and new visitors to our site. Our goal is always to be responsive and get your questions answered… fast! Dr. Zack and the CFL team would love to hear from you and address your inquiry the best we can.

The CFL Organization is still a very small team of the most passionate group of people you will ever meet. At the head of it all is our founder and CEO, Dr. Zack, who is also a full-time general dentist serving downtown Chicago. Our Executive Assistant, Amy, works hard to filter and answer all of your questions, but we occasionally get a short backlog of messages to respond to throughout the day.
Any inquiries directed to Dr. Zack are flagged for his attention and responded to personally. Please understand that he is devoted to patient care in addition to CFL, so these emails are typically answered within 4-24 hours.

If you would like to interview Dr. Zack for your TV show, live stream, radio show, magazine, newspaper, event, podcast, blog, etc., then please use this dedicated form. Note: This is the only way Dr. Zack fields interview requests.
